Yeah, that Las Vegas sun won't cause any bias. Or maybe he put them all in a pickle jar and sat them on the window sill so they'd catch the sunlight and make pretty colors on the wall. Maybe they sat on a shelf gathering dust for ten years - something that WILL cause the dice to develop a bias as they'll get 'heavier' on the side that's resting on the shelf and lighter on top over time.
